In 2007, I was involved in a terrible car accident. I was driving without a valid license, and it was dark and raining. The police report alleged that I was driving too fast for the conditions when I rear-ended a semi tractor-trailer that had stopped on the side of the road. Mr. Rocco fought tirelessly for me, and in the end, obtained a million dollar settlement. He took the case despite an uphill battle and won. I would recommend him to anyone who has been injured in a car crash and needs a lawyer.

FOUGHT TIRELESSLY FOR ME

I came to attorney, Matthew Rocco’s, office as a result of an automobile accident. I was rear-ended, causing over $4,000 in damage to my vehicle. Further, as a result of the accident, I sustained injuries to my back which had to be treated with multiple medical procedures and, eventually, surgery. In spite of the fact that my vehicle had severe damage, the insurance company for the person who rear-ended me was denying that my injuries were accident related, and claimed that a “phantom vehicle” caused the accident. Mr. Rocco hired a medical expert along with an accident re-constructionist to prove the insurance company wrong. As a result of Mr. Rocco’s skill and expertise, the insurance company was ordered to pay a quarter of a million dollars for my claim.

Unfortunately, I did not have medical insurance at the time of the accident, and I incurred a large amount of unpaid bills. Mr. Rocco helped me work with my medical providers regarding payment and obtained the best possible net for me from the settlement.
